How to make a claim if you have not received payment for a gift card within two (2) weeks:

We will need to verify all information as entered during the sell submission process. We will investigate the payment in question to determine whether the payment has already been processed. If payment has not been processed, we will immediately proceed with payment terms.

If we determine your Gift Card is lost, we will credit the account you used to pay for the gift card in the amount paid.
When you receive the Gift Card, verify the balance by following the instruction listed on the back of your gift card. If the balance of your gift card does not reflect the balance which was listed on our site at the time of purchase, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or 888-967-0008 no more than 100 days after the receipt of the Gift Card.
