Protection when:

  • You don’t receive payment for a Gift Card submission in which you completed the sell form, and sent to GiftCardBin per the submission instructions received in your sell submission confirmation email.    

How to make a claim if you have not received payment for a gift card within two (2) weeks:

Contact GiftCardBin by sending an email to customerservice@giftcardbin.com or by calling 888-967-0008.  Please have your submission email handy so you can provide us with the verification number to expedite the process.

We will need to verify all information as entered during the sell submission process. We will investigate the payment in question to determine whether the payment has already been processed.  If payment has not been processed, we will immediately proceed with payment terms.  

Buyer Guarantee

Protection when:

  • Your Gift Card does not arrive within 10 business days of purchase.

  • Your Gift Card has a balance less than the balance listed on our website at the time of purchase.

How To Make a Claim:

  1. You did not receive the Gift Card you purchased within 10 business days after the date of purchase.  

Contact GiftCardBin by sending an email to customerservice@giftcardbin.com or by calling 888-967-0008 no more than three (3) weeks following the purchase date.  GiftCardBin will provide you with a claim form through email that must be sent back to:

If we determine your Gift Card is lost, we will credit the account you used to pay for the gift card in the amount paid.

  1. The Gift Card you received does not have the balance indicated at time of purchase.  

When you receive the Gift Card, verify the balance by following the instruction listed on the back of your gift card. If the balance of your gift card does not reflect the balance which was listed on our site at the time of purchase, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@giftcardbin.com or 888-967-0008 no more than 100 days after the receipt of the Gift Card. The gift card must be mailed back to:

We will investigate the claim. If we determine that you did not receive the Gift Card with the card balance you agreed to purchase we will credit you the amount that you paid for the Gift Card including standard shipping fees.
